When submitting manuscripts to publishers many of them ask about the plot and the characters, and they ask:
Is it M/F, or F/M/F, or M/F/M (oops), or even M/FFFF. Let me assure you that all my stories are strictly M/F, or at least one F at a time! They also ask about a dominant M and a submissive F, which my stories try to do, if you don’t take into account the scheming, whiles and manipulations of the so-called submissive Fs.
And without which life would be so dull!
The English language is now said to contain one million words!
Regretably many authors of erotic romance believe that only the frequent use of 'four letter' words will portray the scene! I completely disagree. Living in several countries in Asia I have also found that many of the four letter words mean something in local languages, which is not always the same meaning when used in English! The English language is far too colourful, diverse and explicit and all my scenes are clearly set out using proper English words. But the heat level in my manuscripts is still red-hot!
